Applying for a Grant
Eligibility
Am I eligible for a Baby Quest grant?
Grant eligibility depends on the applicant’s circumstances (i.e. underlying cause of infertility, financial situation and other life factors) and their meeting a set of requirements, as listed below. Note that Baby Quest does not reimburse for treatment already begun.
We strive to be diverse in regards to ethnicity, sexual orientation, and geography. Grants are available to singles and couples, both same-sex and heterosexual.
Note that meeting grant requirements does not assure receiving a grant. Baby Quest receives hundreds of applications each cycle, and we are unable to fund all those who apply.
If your goal to build your family includes surrogacy, you must apply for our surrogacy grant programs (if using surrogacy in your journey, you cannot apply for IVF grants) – If you are applying for a surrogacy grant – the specific requirements are here. Please review before starting an application.
More information is available on our FAQs page.

The Need for Medical Intervention/Fertility Treatments: Baby Quest covers the following ASRM definition of infertility – “The need for medical intervention, including, but not limited to, the use of donor gametes or donor embryos in order to achieve a successful pregnancy either as an individual or with a partner.” (ASRM, 2023).
