Infertility has affected Edwige for much of her life.

When she was 20, Edwige was raped by a gang in her home country of Cameroon. This traumatic incident had lasting emotional and physical consequences for years. She neglected seeking care because of shame.

After marriage, Edwige discovered that her tubes were blocked, preventing conception. As she stated, “If there is a God and Baby Quest to have selected me as a recipient, I believe I will have a successful journey.”

Edwige and Terry were not successful in their ivf cycle.
