After a diagnosis of endometriosis and two laparoscopies, Miranda received devastating news that she has Diminished Ovarian Reserve (DOR).

The couple was hopeful and tried 3 IUI’s which were not successful.  They went on to IVF, but no follicles could be retrieved. Again, they switched back to IUI and had a positive pregnancy test for the first time. They were ecstatic! 

However, Miranda and Michael soon learned it was effects of the trigger shot that made the pregnancy test positive.  They changed clinics and went into the next ivf enthusiastically, but upon retrieval, all follicles were empty.

They applied for the Baby Quest Grant and are awaiting their first IVF cycle with donor eggs.  “We are over the moon to see what can happen!”
