Our Recipients

In 2005, Rachel was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma.

Over the next couple of years, she underwent chemotherapy, radiation, and two stem cell transplants, which successfully treated the cancer, but also resulted in premature ovarian failure and took away any chance of having a baby naturally.

This January marks ten years since her life-saving transplant and Rachel and her husband are ready to grow their family.  They are moving forward with the process of choosing an egg donor and preparing for IVF thanks to a Baby Quest grant.

Rachel gave birth to Kennedy Elyse on September 29, 2018.
