Virtual Total Body Conditioning Class:
Moderate Intensity but as always go at your own pace and I’ll provide modifications every step of the way. Participants will need weights, a yoga mat, towel and water bottle. Light to moderate weights; 2, 3 or 5 lb weights. If you do not have access to equipment, tuna or soup cans will suffice.
